-click to enlarge-Milton Copeland is trying to ID this fellow named Howard. It is dated December 1943, and evidently made in Hawaii. Guesses so far are Howard Hopkins, Howard Ward and a couple of others. Any ideas?

I remember working on a road construction crew one summer with a guy named Howard Bishop. The age would be about right.
