Looks like Peggy to me. Opal Dean was four or five years older.And all those girls in the photo would be twelve years old or less in 1954.
Mrs. Baker was at the HIGH SCHOOL, they would have to be 9th grade, at least.
Looks like Dean to me. She was in the class of '55.
